Iraya Wheatgerm Facial Massage Cream Review

4

Hello everyone,

Today’s review is on the Wheatgerm Facial Massage Cream from Iraya.  I think this is my first Iraya product and I never used to have a specific massaging cream for my face as I usually do not do long face massages.  But when I started using my favorite Multi-Vitamin Facial Massage Cream from The Nature’s Co which I have reviewed here, I liked massaging my face for few minutes once or twice in a week.  When the multi-vitamin massage cream got finished I did not repurchase it as the tub is huge and it lasted me for almost 2 years, so I wanted to try a different facial massage cream and purchased the wheatgerm facial massage cream from Iraya.

Lush Serendipity & Bohemian Soaps Review

13

Hi everyone,

I have wanted to try Lush products for a long time but the Lush shop is available only in Helsinki, the capital of Finland.  So, when we went to Helsinki for a trip, I went to the Lush store and was overwhelmed by choices.  I wanted to try the much-raved angels on bare skin facial cleanser, but I had my other facial cleansers to finish off, I am currently getting quite well organized in buying things especially skincare and makeup, I do not buy before finishing off my current products or do not buy just because they look pretty or cute, I buy only when I know that I will use them soon and so I thought I will buy the cleanser some other time as these cannot be stored for a long time.  I tried the another much-raved bubblegum lip scrub but felt the fragrance was too artificial, so skipped that too.  Then, at last, I rounded up to soaps as I know I will be using them anyway and so brought 2 variants fo their soaps.  Now, going straight to review of how they fared for me.

OilCraft Naturals Premium Mogra Water Review

11

Hi everyone,

I love using rose water as toner/facial mist and have been using them for the last couple of years.  You can read my reviews on the rose waters from Kama Ayurveda, Forest Essentials & Good Earth.  I was planning to try other facial mist like Lavender, Mogra and found that it was sold by Kama Ayurveda but as usual the cost was a dampening factor for me.  So I came across this brand called Oilcraft Naturals in few blogs and purchased three different facial mist from them and today I am reviewing the Mogra one which I have been using for the past couple of months.

If you have read my previous post here I mentioned that I have turned towards using bar soaps now and when I finished my favorite L’Occitane soap, I thought of trying few handcrafted soaps from India and got two from Gia bath & body works.  I have read some good reviews about them, they do have some beautiful and lovely looking handcrafted soaps and it was just love at first sight 🙂 The one I am reviewing today is in the variant Chocolate Creme Silk.   The soap looks so lovely like a chocolate bar and is a treat to the eyes and smells lovely of cocoa with a blend of essential oils.  It lathers mildly, but well, producing brownish lathers that washes off easily and leaves the skin soft.  I am loving using it during winters as it does not dry out my skin and gives a clean feeling without leaving any residue behind.  It might feel costly though it will last you for more than a months as it does not melt off fast but it is better to store in a dry place.  One complaint that I have is that it has some scrub like particles embedded in it which gives a mild scrubbing effect which I am not a fan as I prefer soaps to have a very smooth feeling like the L’Occitane soaps. But, otherwise I like this soap a lot as it also feels fun to try these colorful design soaps.  The another one I got is a strawberry variant and just waiting to try it out and thinking of getting few other variants also in the future.  Though it is available only online, I was impressed by their prompt customer service and fast shipping.

Pros:

These soaps look beautiful

Has a lovely fragrance

Suitable for all skin types

Does not strip off moisture from the skin

Gives a smooth, supple skin

Washes off easily without leaving any residue

Cons:

Not a fan of the mild scrubbing action of the soap, wish it was a smooth bar

Some might find it costly for a bar soap
