Hedonista Face Souffle Review

Hello everyone,

Today I will be reviewing another wonderful brand that I discovered through My Envy Box subscription last year.  It is the brand Hedonista and I like their solid perfumes too and today’s review is on the Hedonista Face Souffle – Chocolate & Rhassoul clay.

     ₹ 1650 for 115g

Ingredients & About the product (Taken from Hedonista website):

Aqua, Isopropyl Myristate, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Cocoa powder, Calamine, Vegetable glycerin, Organic cocoa butter, Rhassoul clay, Turmeric extract, Indian gooseberry extract, Xanthan gum, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Organic essential oils of lavender, orange & grapefruit, Sodium Gluconate, Caramel, Cedarwood oil

NO Parabens, Sulphates, Silicones, Artificial colourants or fragrance, Palm oil, Petroleum derivatives, Phthalates, Amines, PEGs, Formaldehyde

We use only food-grade preservatives. No animal testing.

This decadent elixir of chocolate and rhassoul clay is an all natural face pack that cleanses your skin inside out, then imbues it with nourishment.

Apply a thin layer over cleansed face and neck. Click ‘Oompa-Loompa’ selfies. Wash off after 10 minutes.

The face pack comes in a tub which is quite sturdy and it smells of chocolate and the color and the smell almost makes it tempting to eat the face pack. The face pack has a good list of natural ingredients and is suitable for people with all skin types including dry skin too.  I have oily combination skin and in winters my skin gets drier and this face mask does not dry the skin after washing.  It keeps the skin supple and soft if you used religiously, I use it once a week, but it can also be used twice a week too.  It is a thick paste but spreads well on the skin due to its moistness and it is advised to leave it for 10 minutes, but mostly I leave it for 20-30 minutes and wash it off when it dries. It washes off well, but using a muslin cloth makes the job easier, I love taking the face mask off using The Body Shop luxury facial flannel and does not leave any residue on the face and gives a soft subtle moisturized glow.  The face pack is costly and will last for 5-6 months dependent on the frequency of use.  But, I wish it came with less price tag and I would not have brought it by itself if it had not come with the subscription box, but if you can afford it and looking for a clay based at the same time nondrying face mask you can give it a try.

Definitely priced on the higher side, but it sounds like a nice face mask.
