I wanted to try Innisfree skin care products when they were launched in India but could get only the hand cream & sheet masks which I reviewed herehere when I visited the store last year.  I was using my favorite Forest Essentials Jasmine & Patchouli night cream and when it was about to finish, I wanted to try the serum & cream from the green tea range.  I usually do not like to apply too many products or heavy products at night but at the same time want the product to moisturize my skin well and hence decided to buy only the Innisfree green tea seed serum.  The product comes in a glass bottle packaging with a cap and a pump dispenser.  The serum smells so soothingly for me but I am not able to describe the smell and the smell stays for sometime on the face and then fades away.  The serum is watery,  non-sticky, spreads easily and get absorbed well into the skin.  Around 3-4 pumps is enough for my face and neck and the serum provides enough moisturization for my skin type and hence will be suitable for oily & combination-oily skin people, but if you have dry or very dry skin, then the moisturization will not be enough.  My face do not appear oily in the morning but feel smooth, supple and hydrated but I did not find any drastic improvement or difference in my skin tone.  I love the fact that it has 75.9% of green tea extract and it is free from parabens, synthetic colorants, mineral oil, animal-originated ingredients & imdazolidinyl urea.  I have been suing this serum for past 2 months and I still have more than half a bottle left, so it should come for 5-6 months if used daily as little quantity is enough. I love this serum for being light weight and at the same time moisturizing and hence will pick it up again if needed.  But, for now, I have a list of serum or light weight moisturizers that I would like to try and so will not be repurchasing it in the near future.

Pros:

Good packaging with pump dispenser

Smells nice

Light-weight, non-sticky serum that spreads and absorbs well

Feels very light on the skin and does not feel greasy

Makes the skin supple & smooth

Moisturizes well and does not make face oily in the morning

Has high green tea extract (75.9%)

Does not have parabens, synthetic colorants, mineral oil, animal-originated ingredients & imdazolidinyl urea

Cons:

Costly (though one bottle will lasts for 5-6 months)

Availability is a major issue as they have only one store in Delhi and it is not widely available in online Indian shopping websites

Does not show any big difference or improvement on the skin
