Inveda BB Cream Review

Hi all,

Today’s review is on the Inveda BB cream which I have been using occasionally for the past few months.  You can read my reviews here & here on the Pond’s BB cream & Lakme CC cream respectively.  Let’s see how it fared on me.

     ₹ 140 for 15 mL

About the Product:

Enriched with Almond & Magnolia, BB Cream provides protection to skin along with other multiple benefits. It effectively conceals blemishes, fine lines & wrinkles & is a perfect base for makeup. Also, hydrates & tones skin. It is Anti Ageing & has SPF 20 which protects skin from UVA & UVB rays of the Sun. Suits Fair Skin.

Available in two variants, Fair colour & Matt

I brought this BB cream aslong with the Pond’s and Lakme CC cream to try out various BB/CC creams.  The product comes in a tube packaging and the BB cream has a usual cosmetic fragrance that fade away quickly post application.  The cream is very thin, runny that you have to be careful as it just spills a lot if the tube is kept inverted, so I usually keep the tube with the cap at the top.  The BB cream needs to be applied on a well moisturized skin to blend easily and it does not have a smooth creamy formulation instead have kind of dry formulation, I am not sure how to explain it, but it does not have that easy blendable creamy feel to it.  The shade is little ligher than my skin tone but has enough yellow undertones, and as it does not provide any coverage, the shade does not give any whitish shade. The BB cream is very disappointing as it is not easily blendable,  does not provide any kind of coverage, just diminishes the redness if you have any giving a slight better skin appearance but accentuates the small pores in the skin and also dry patches if not applid on well mositurized skin.  This will be suitable for people who do not need any coverage at all but just to give a lightly better skin compared to applying only moisturizer.  I do not prefer to use this cream at all, but just use it at times just to finish it off as it is also a pain to blend if I take too much product.  It also does not fullfil any of its claims like concealing blemishes, fine lines, wrinkles and does not provide any hydration.
